Every opportunity scored.
Every score explained.
ZetFund is where startups, established companies, and franchises raise funding from KYC-verified investors. Before any campaign reaches you, our transparent scoring engine evaluates the company across eight dimensions - and shows you exactly how the number was earned.
From sign-up to portfolio
Six steps from creating an account to tracking your investments.

- 2
Verify your identity (KYC)
Submit your identity documents for verification. KYC keeps the platform safe for everyone and is required before you can invest.
- 3
Browse scored campaigns
Every live campaign carries an independent ZetFund score - a tier from A+ to F backed by a full metric-by-metric breakdown.
- 4

Open any score to see the eight dimensions behind it, how each metric was weighted, the confidence rating on the data, and how the company ranks against its sector and stage peers.
- 5
Invest via bank transfer
Commit an amount, transfer the funds by bank, and upload your payment proof. Our team verifies every transfer before the investment is confirmed.
- 6
Track your portfolio
Follow your confirmed investments, campaign progress, and score changes over time from your dashboard.
From profile to funded
Whether you are an idea-stage startup or a profitable franchise, the path to raising is the same - and so is the standard.
- 1
Register as a company
Create an account and choose the company path - whether you are a startup, an established business, or a franchise.

- 3
Complete the assessments
Work through structured forms covering team, market, product, financials, and traction - plus optional ESG, risk, and governance forms that strengthen your score and confidence rating.
- 4
Get scored
The scoring engine evaluates you across eight dimensions, weighted for your stage, and shows you exactly where you stand and what to improve.

- 6
Raise with credibility
Go live to KYC-verified investors who can see - and trust - exactly what your score is built on.
How the scoring works
Due diligence, done in the open. Every company is evaluated by the same engine, on the same scale, with the full working shown.
Eight dimensions
The first five - Team, Market, Product, Financials, and Traction - are core and required for every campaign. ESG & Impact, Risk, and Governance are supplementary: optional, but completing them raises the confidence rating and can move the overall score. Skipping a core assessment is penalized, not ignored.
Team
Founder experience, team composition, technical depth, and advisors.
Market
Market size (TAM), growth, competition, timing, and validation.
Product
Product stage, differentiation, defensibility, IP, and user satisfaction.
Financials
Revenue, margins, runway, and unit economics.
Traction
Users, growth rate, retention, engagement, and market validation.
ESG & Impact
Environmental and social practices, sustainability, and impact.
Risk
Regulatory, market, operational, and financial risk exposure.
Governance
Board structure, audits, policies, and shareholder rights.
Stage-adjusted weights
An idea-stage startup should not be judged like a profitable business. Weights shift with stage: early on, Team and Market dominate; as a company matures, Financials, Traction, and Governance take over. For example, Financials counts roughly 10% of an idea-stage score but 25% of a profitable company's.
Confidence rating
Separate from the score itself, confidence answers "how much should you trust this number?" It combines data completeness, how recently forms were updated, verification status (admin review, KYC, audited financials), and cross-checks for internal consistency.
Sector benchmarking
Every score comes with percentiles showing how the company ranks against peers in the same sector and at the same stage - so an 80 in one industry is never mistaken for an 80 in another.
Tier grades
The 0–100 score maps to a letter tier so you can read a company's standing at a glance - then open the breakdown to see why.
| Tier | Score range | Reads as |
|---|---|---|
| A+ / A / A- | 85–100 | Exceptional to excellent |
| B+ / B / B- | 70–84 | Strong |
| C+ / C / C- | 55–69 | Adequate, with gaps |
| D | 45–54 | Weak |
| F | 0–44 | Not investment-ready |
Common questions
Is my money held by ZetFund?
No. ZetFund is not a bank and does not hold customer deposits. Investments are made by direct bank transfer, and you upload proof of payment which our team verifies before the investment is confirmed. Always review the payment details on the campaign page before transferring funds.
How are scores kept honest?
Every company is scored by the same deterministic engine - there is no manual score adjustment. The full breakdown (every metric, its value, and its weight) is published alongside the score. Missing core data is penalized rather than ignored, disqualifying facts trigger hard caps (for example, less than three months of runway caps the Financials score), and each score carries a separate confidence rating that tells you how complete and fresh the underlying data is. The algorithm is versioned, so historical scores stay interpretable.
What happens if a campaign doesn't reach its goal?
Each campaign sets its own funding goal and deadline, and how a partially funded round is handled depends on the terms of that specific campaign. Review the campaign details before investing, and contact us through the platform if anything about a campaign's terms is unclear.
Are the scores financial advice?
No. Scores are an informational tool that summarizes the data a company has provided, verified where possible. They are not a recommendation to invest, and a high score is not a guarantee of returns. You remain responsible for your own investment decisions.
Who can invest on ZetFund?
Anyone who registers and passes identity verification (KYC). Verification is required before your first investment can be confirmed.
Investing involves risk, including possible loss of capital. Read our Risk Disclosure before investing.
