• maintain the security and integrity of the Platform and prevent fraud and abuse;
• comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes described above. KYC records and investment records may be retained after account closure where we are required to keep them for legal, regulatory, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.

• Payment verification: information needed to verify bank transfers connected to your investments;
• Companies and investors: companies raising funds can see information about confirmed investments in their campaigns; investors see the company information and scores that companies publish through the Platform;
• Service providers: vendors who help us operate the Platform (such as hosting and email delivery), bound to process data only on our instructions;
• Legal obligations: where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of the Platform and its users.

We protect your data with technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed password storage, token-based authentication, role-based access controls that limit who can view sensitive records such as KYC documents, and audit trails on scoring and investment records. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials confidential.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. You can update most account information directly on the Platform. For other requests, contact us through the support options on the Platform; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some data (such as KYC and investment records) may be exempt from deletion where retention is legally required.

The Platform uses authentication tokens to keep you signed in and to secure your session. These are strictly necessary for the Platform to function. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. If we introduce optional analytics in the future, this policy will be updated first.
